Luethaipat Pimonsree, the esteemed deputy director of the University of Phayao’s Innovative Learning Institute, presented the event as part of Chiang Rai’s ongoing and highly successful “Creative City of Design” campaign. The campaign aligns perfectly with the Creative Cities global network spearheaded by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organisation (Unesco).

“Chiang Rai, rich in its crop of talented tattoo artists, offers service par excellence at competitive prices. We are optimistic that once the domestic and international tourists get a taste of their skilled craftsmanship, they will flock to our city for their new tattoos,” Luethaipat remarked. “We genuinely believe this will create a ripple effect of stimulating Chiang Rai’s local economy in several ways.”
