Hong Kongers searched for flights to Bangkok after their government reduced quarantine days. 39% of respondents said trekking to see Thailand’s sunrises, 31% named shark or turtle conservation, and 28% mentioned coral planting. 36% are interested in homestays and 42% in coffee and tea estates. 94% of travelers rated Thailand highly. 57% of Covid respondents have taken five Thai vacations. Songkran, Loy Krathong, and a Thai music festival interest 62% of Hong Kong vacationers.
Expedia reported more Hong Kong travel. 86% of 3,000 Hong Kong residents plan to visit Thailand next year, a survey found.
