The next Vipassana meditation retreat will be held in the heart of Thailand, and it will be led by a Buddhist author and teacher of international repute. Thursday, October 27 is the day that the instructor Supawan Green will preside over the retreat that will take place at the Bring Your Mental Self Back Home (BMSBH) Centre in Nakorn Pathom.
From 9:30 in the morning until 4:30 in the afternoon, the retreat will be led in English. The getaway will take place in a bucolic location that features a beautiful garden. Participants will learn strategies to bring more happiness and calm into their everyday lives through the practice of mindfulness.
A suggested payment of 2,000 baht per person gets you to access to a buffet meal that includes selections suitable for vegans. Donations go toward supporting the charitable endeavors of the BMSBH Centre, which is a charity that’s officially recognized by the government. This includes assisting individuals and families in climbing out of low-income situations.
Those who are interested in learning how to incorporate mindfulness into their everyday life can reserve a spot by sending an email to [email protected] or by sending a text message to +66 (0)89-5554991.

In the center of Thailand, there will soon be a meditation retreat set in a lush garden
