In a deeply disturbing case that recently surfaced, a 14-year-old girl has been left pregnant as a direct result of a sexual assault allegedly carried out by a group of teenagers. This distressing event took place after the victim was forced to smoke cannabis with her assailants. This shocking incident was reported to the officials at Khlong Luang Police Station today precisely by 11 a.m., as narrated by the visibly distraught aunt of the innocent victim.
Accompanying the heartbroken aunt to the police station was Cholada Butwicha, who is a known figure from the Survive group. The two women sought to report this heinous crime to Adisak Kotchasak, a dutiful investigative officer stationed at Khlong Luang Police Station. The officer is now taking the necessary steps to ensure justice by chasing down the five teenage boys believed to have been involved in the crime.
According to Cholada, it was only a day before the police report when the unfortunate aunt sought the help of the Survive group due to the horrific ordeal her 14-year-old niece had been forced to endure at the hands of the cannabis-influence teenagers.
The particulars describing the day of the event reveal a chilling situation. Five teenage boys were present, though only two actively participated in the direct assault. Despite their young age, these criminals can expect to face the full force of the law. Notably, the victim, publicly recognized as ‘A’ to protect her identity, specified that this unsettling incident occurred on August 13, lasting from 7 p.m. to around 10 p.m.
The girl elaborated that she was en route to meet a friend when she crossed paths with the group. Familiar with her, the group seized her motorcycle keys and coerced her into accompanying them to a nearby house. Inside, she found herself amidst five teenagers who then pressured her to smoke cannabis.
In there, two older boys cruelly separated her and committed the indecent acts at a different location entirely. Meanwhile, the other three youthful culprits abruptly left the scene. This dreadful incident unfolded within a residence absent of any grown-up supervision. The suspected perpetrators are estimated to be between 15-16 years old.
The victim was left pregnant from this traumatic experience, a fact discovered by her aunt who has cared for her since birth. The discovery was made when the young girl’s regular menstrual cycle was late, and a pregnancy test confirmed it. The aunt confronted the alleged perpetrators following this discovery, but they outright denied their involvement, after which she sought assistance from the Survive group.
In response to the incident, Adisak — the officer on the case — consulted with Pathum Thani Province’s Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. The girl was then taken to Thammasat University’s Chulalongkorn Hospital for a thorough medical examination, with the hope of gathering further evidence against the suspected criminals.
