Li Zhanshu, head of the standing committee of China’s National People’s Congress, praised the Thai National Assembly yesterday for its good contributions to upholding social justice and fostering economic growth in the country. China demanded improved ties with Li stated China is eager to work with Thailand to advance bilateral relations and deliver greater benefits to the two nations on the occasion of the 10-year anniversary of the creation of their comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership.

The Thai National Assembly met at Parliament House on Samsen Road in Bangkok’s Susit district for a variety of seminars and exhibitions as well as to advertise and sell goods from different Thai regions. The meeting got under way yesterday and will wrap up on July 8.
Chinese solutions to advancing sustainable global development and tackling issues with global security governance have been contributed by the Global Development Initiative and the Global Security Initiative. The legislatures of China and Thailand have continued to enjoy cordial relations and have contributed to the advancement of China-Thailand cooperation in a number of areas as well as the friendship between the two peoples. China is prepared to collaborate with Thailand in order to defend the international system with the UN at its core and the international order based on international law, to protect the shared interests of developing nations, and to advance world peace and development.
