The suspect, a masked marauder described as average build and standing roughly 165 to 170 cm tall, orchestrated his escape with agility and precision. His ill-gotten gains included two luxurious gold necklaces valued at a sparkling 75,000 baht, a pair of rings totaling 60,000 baht, in addition to a dazzling diamond ring worth 30,000 baht. The thief did not stop there; he also made off with a gemstone ring of 10,000 baht and a nacre necklace of equal value. More than just finery, the bold bandit pilfered a gold-framed amulet, a silver belt, and bowl, a Samsung phone, and even had the nerve to seize a piggy bank bursting with hard-earned cash.

The route of his cunning invasion was traced back to barbed wire, which he mercilessly sliced through, by a secluded cassava field before making his escape on an off-road motorcycle. His getaway left deep, incriminating tire tracks, as if taunting authorities to catch him if they can. Unfortunately, CCTV footage only captured grainy images of the burglar, his identity obscured by gloves, a mask, and a conspicuously wide-brimmed hat. He methodically averted cameras and, armed with a menacing foot-long knife, rummaged fearlessly through bedroom drawers.

Adding to the strange saga, the family dog — initially defensive but quickly swayed — barked momentarily before affectionately wagging its tail, almost as if recognizing the intruder, noted Siriporn’s bewildered daughter.
