Interesting to see how mainstream cannabis has become in Samut Sakhon. Just a few years ago, this would have been unimaginable!
Totally agree. The normalization has its pros but let’s not forget the cons. Increased use among teens is concerning.
Has there been a documented increase in teen use, or is this just speculation? Data matters.
I read a government report suggesting a slight uptick. Still, it’s all about moderation and education.
For anyone visiting, The Green Oasis shop has the most knowledgeable staff. They really help you understand what you’re buying.
It’s great for the economy, but I worry about the smell. Walking down some streets has become really unpleasant.
The smell is part of the charm! It brings a whole vibe to the area.
I guess you get used to it. But what about property values? Not everyone appreciates ‘the charm.’
It’s a valid concern, Nina. However, areas around cafes in Amsterdam saw an increase in property values. It might actually be a good thing.
No discussion on quality? I’ve found that shops in Samut Sakhon have some of the best strains. The local growers really know their stuff.
Agreed! But some shops are definitely better than others. Would love a detailed review focusing on quality and not just shop ambiance.
Speaking of ambiance, it does add a lot to the experience. A comfy place adds value beyond just the product.
Does anyone worry about the message this sends to our kids? I’m all for personal freedom but seeing cannabis shops pop up everywhere is a bit much.
I think it’s about the conversation you have with your kids. Cannabis being legal doesn’t mean it’s for everyone, just like alcohol.
Fair point. I just hope all parents are taking the time to have those conversations.
It’s also a great opportunity to talk about safe consumption and legality. Education is key, regardless of the legality.
