Positioned as ASEAN’s most significant sustainability exposition, the event is host to developer Frasers Property’s exposition, where the ambitious One Bangkok project is displayed.
Panels discussions titled “The Future of Sustainability and Smart City Living for Better Community” and “Masterplan Design for Smart Sustainable Cities” are lined up, allowing visitors to dip into the ocean of innovation and sustainable models proposed by industry leaders. Remarkably, these discussions occur within the majestic walls of Queen Sirikit National Convention Center, starting from today until 8 October 2023.

At the expo, visitors can experience realistic simulations of district elements, smart technology, and sustainable innovations envisaged for the project.
One Bangkok Immersive Pavilion presents an enticing trio of content:
1. Smart Technologies – Dive into Central Utilities Plant (CUP), an AI-powered centralised infrastructure system controlling all operations around the clock. This promising development sets benchmarks for technological proficiency in Thailand, being the first estate to achieve the Platinum certification from Wired Score.
2. Sustainable Development – One Bangkok aligns its development thoughts with United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Integrated smart technology offers environment-friendly, energy-saving solutions including Electric Power Saver, Smart Water Management, Construction Waste Management and many more.
3. Unparalleled Experiences in One Bangkok – With almost half of the total project area dedicated to green space, One Bangkok provides an urban living experience like no other. Expect wide pedestrian walkways, countless public recreation spots, and an inspiring 2km-long Art Loop.
With its excellent blend of technology and sustainability, One Bangkok is echoing its vision of creating a smart city for a better future. Notably, it aims to be the first project in Thailand to clinch the highest certified LEED platinum for Neighbourhood Development and WELL Building Standard for occupants’ health and well-being.
