This summit sounds incredibly elitist. How is the average person supposed to benefit from such high-profile gatherings?
They aren’t! It’s all about networking for the rich and famous. The regular folks rarely see any real improvement.
While it may seem elitist, these events do pave the way for breakthroughs in wellness that trickle down to public health. We shouldn’t dismiss their impact entirely.
I get that, but it feels like a lot of PR without actual benefits for people struggling with basic healthcare needs.
Sometimes the innovations discussed and implemented in these summits eventually make their way to the less privileged through policy changes and new medical practices.
Thailand is truly leading the way in wellness tourism. The collaboration with China can potentially bring more advancements.
Or it could just be a strategic move to boost tourism revenues without any real health benefits for the local population.
There’s always that risk, but I’m hopeful that Thailand’s commitment to wellness will lead to substantial improvements in public health.
Let’s not forget, Thailand has an alternative medicine tradition that could benefit greatly from these modern collaborations.
Why is everyone raving about wellness summits when mental health services are still lacking globally?
