The RTF has come under fire from Thai internet users for the ceremony that will take place above Don Mueng Airport; however, they assert that the event will proceed as planned in order to uphold a time-honored custom of honoring a departing Air Force chief and welcoming a successor. The RTF has come under fire from Thai internet users for the ceremony that will take place above Don Mueng Airport. The RTF flew on September 23 and 27, between the hours of 1.45 and 2.45 in the afternoon. Additionally, the official timetable for the ceremony that will take place tomorrow will take place between the hours of 1.45 and 2.45 in the afternoon. As a result of the drills causing flight delays, passengers voiced a significant number of concerns about the inconvenience. The ceremony will be performed in order to pay tribute to the outgoing Commander of the Royal Thai Air Force, Napadej Dhupatemiya, who will be retiring this year, and to welcome the incoming Commander, Alongkorn Wannarot. The ceremony will also be performed in order to honor the outgoing Commander of the Royal Thai Air Force.
During the event, which was due to take place between 1:45 and 2:45, the spokeswoman for the RTF, Prapas Sornjaidee, issued a warning to all of the necessary departments to desist from using those airspaces. In end, Prapas realized that the RTF would like to apologize for the trouble that was caused and has expressed this desire to him. The ceremony has been rescheduled and shortened in order to lessen the disruption that will be caused to the airline industry and to passengers. Tomorrow, there will be a restriction placed on the airspace just above Don Mueng International Airport in Bangkok for the duration of one hour in order to make way for a ceremonial and traditional air parade that will be performed by the Royal Thai Air Force (RTF).
For an air force parade, the airspace over Bangkok airport was closed
