Because of the regulations that were put in place by Covid-19, only a certain number of participants were allowed to take part in the event in both 2020 and 2021. However, at this point in time, city officials in Pattaya anticipate that the festival will return with an attendance that is far higher than in years past. The organizers of the festival have stated that one of their goals is to make this year’s event one that will be remembered by incorporating, among other things, musical performances and cultural activities. This event was recognized in March by the International Festival and Event Association of Asia as “one of the major maritime tourist events in Asia.” The city manager of Pattaya stated yesterday that there were approximately twenty countries’ worth of representatives at the international fireworks competition. The festival may be traced back to its initial goal, which was to honor the kingship of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej, and its roots can be found in this original intent. Pattaya’s mayor stated that the city will keep working to enhance the quality of the festival as well as other events that are hosted in Pattaya in the coming year in the hopes that they can be considered for the award in the following year. This festival is considered to be one of Pattaya’s “most gorgeous and exhilarating events,” as stated by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). Following a sustained drop in the country’s CVID, the Pattaya International Fireworks Festival is once again drawing a significant number of visitors.
The Pattaya International Pyrotechnics Festival will take place exactly one week from now. Those who have a passion for fireworks should put a reminder in their calendars to be there. Pattaya Beach will play host to the celebration that takes place on November 25 and 26, and the fireworks display will be seen from all points within the city. According to Poramase Ngampiches, the mayor of Pattaya, the event would feature more than 600 street vendors offering a variety of goods. Among the pyrotechnic teams that will be competing are those from Belgium, Canada, Malaysia, and the Philippines, to name just a few of the other countries. Despite the fact that all of Pattaya’s hotel rooms are currently occupied, Mayor Poramese is upbeat about the possibility that the event would kickstart the city’s economy. There is no charge to enter this venue. On both days of the festival, beginning at 5 p.m., Beach Road will be closed to vehicle traffic, and it is anticipated that the festival will cause significant delays in traffic across the city. The city officials anticipated that more than one hundred thousand people, consisting of both residents and people from other countries, would attend the festival prior to a month ago. If the predictions turn out to be right, the festival will be the most significant event to take place in Pattaya since before the days when Covid was in existence.
Next week, Pattaya will host the International Fireworks Festival
