The bus from Bangkok’s airport to Pattaya costs 350 Baht one-way. In August, the service will offer two round journeys every day. Bell Travel runs shuttles between Suvarnabhumi Airport and Bangkok and a new bus service between BKK airport and Hua Hin as of August 22. Bell Travel Service sells shuttle tickets at Gate 10 of Don Mueang Airport and online at BellTravelService.com. The 6 am bus leaves Pattaya’s Bell Travel Service Office on North Pattaya Road for Don Mueang.
Tell people so this and other routes will soon get bus service. Don Mueang International Airport, Bangkok’s secondary airport, now flies directly to Pattaya, a popular tourist destination and nightlife hub.
If the shuttle proves successful, Don Mueang Airport’s Deputy Director of Operations said it might lead to further bus choices. Pattaya and Don Mueang Airport shuttle buses leave at 3 p.m. Pattaya is Don Mueang’s favorite destination, according to the airport’s deputy director. Few individuals have used the new airport-to-Pattaya shuttle service, suggesting they are unaware of it. Due to transfers, most public transit choices now take 3.5 to 5 hours, requiring frequent stops in Bangkok.
The deputy director said Don Mueang welcomes 40,000-50,000 people daily, with substantially higher numbers predicted in October. Most tourists use Bangkok’s public transit.
Don Mueang Airport now has a new direct bus to Pattaya
