The winds of change are sweeping through the Thai military as the cabinet has greenlit a groundbreaking early retirement program targeting senior military officers, from the rank of colonel upwards. Deputy government spokeswoman Kenika Ounjit announced on Tuesday that the Ministry of Defence is set to implement this ambitious program over the next three years.
