On Saturday, the three-day event was transformed into a training facility for Huawei’s “Seeds for the Future” initiative. They spent two hours touring the Thailand Metaverse Expo’s Experience, Showcase, and Workshop areas. At 30 booths, students tried out emerging technologies, while 50 local and international specialists addressed an audience of those working in the tech sector. A new chapter for the region’s tech talent will begin in 2021 with the signing of an MoU between Huawei and the ASEAN Foundation to expand Seeds for the Future.


The first worldwide metaverse show in Thailand attracted 120 top students from 16 countries throughout Asia and the Pacific, including 10 Thai students.
