I’m surprised the Green Mango shop didn’t make the list. Their strains are top-notch and the ambiance is just amazing. Does anyone know why they were left out?
I think Green Mango had some licensing issues earlier this year. Might have affected their ranking.
That’s disappointing to hear. They really seemed like they had their act together last time I visited.
Agree with Samantha. Green Mango has some of the best Purple Haze I’ve tried. It’s a shame they weren’t included.
Honestly, I think these lists are just paid advertisements. I’ve been to a few of these shops, and they’re not all that. The real gems are the smaller, family-run places.
You might be onto something, Joe. It’s always the places you least expect that surprise you with quality and service.
Agreed! Plus, supporting smaller businesses feels good. The corporations get enough money as it is.
I’m curious about the criteria used for ranking. Some of these shops have great selections but mediocre customer service. For me, service is just as important as product quality.
I’m planning a trip to Ratchaburi soon. Which one of these shops would you guys recommend for a first-timer? Looking for something with a friendly vibe and possibly a tasting session.
For a chill and welcoming experience, I’d recommend checking out High Times. They’re super friendly to newcomers and often have tasting events.
I think it’s great that cannabis is being normalized and we can have open discussions like this. Also, kudos to Ratchaburi for leading the charge in the region.
While I agree that it’s good cannabis is becoming more accepted, we still need to proceed with caution. Making it too accessible, especially to younger folks, could have unintended consequences.
I understand the concern, but education and regulation can mitigate a lot of those issues. It’s about responsible use, really.
It’s interesting, but I find these rankings to be somewhat subjective. I’ve visited shops that were ‘top rated’ and left unimpressed. Sometimes it feels more about who knows who, rather than actual quality or service.
Does anyone else feel like the prices have gone up since these shops started getting more attention? The spotlight is great for business, but not so much for our wallets.
It’s basic supply and demand. As shops gain popularity, they’re able to charge more. It’s the consumer’s job to decide if the price matches the product’s value.
