Setting the gold standard in Southeast Asia’s property technology space, PropertyGuru Group (NYSE: PGRU) recently unveiled the winners and finalists of the 18th PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards. Proudly presented by Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand) and upheld by the gold sponsorship of JLL, the Awards highlighted a dazzling array of Thailand’s finest real estate developers across a staggering 63 categories.

A black-tie gala dinner marked the celebration of these groundbreaking innovators, with prestigious development firms from Greater Bangkok, Phuket, the Eastern Seaboard, Hua Hin, Khao Yai, and other regions earning accolades for their exceptional contributions to Thailand’s real estate landscape.

The highlight of the evening was the coveted Best Developer award, snatched for the first time by Sena Development in the Awards’ 18-year history. Meanwhile, Habitat Group Co., Ltd. claimed the lion’s share of accolades, clinching the Best Lifestyle Developer award, the much-anticipated Best Condo Development (Thailand) award for its Wyndham Grand Residences Wongamat Pattaya project, as well as commendations for its Highland Park Pool Villas Pattaya project.

The EM District Co., Ltd. rode the wave of success, earning the revered Best Retail Developer title. Their EmSphere Shopping Complex, the newest addition to their shopping district that includes Emporium and EmQuartier, received the honour of Best Retail Development.

Phuket9 also emerged triumphant, clinching the title of Best Developer (Phuket) and several wins for its Rawayana project. PNP Real Estate Co., Ltd. soared high bagging multiple awards including the Best Breakthrough Developer (Hua Hin) award and several accolades for the La Felice Villa Hua Hin project.

The victors in the Developer categories also included distinguished names like Andaman Asset Solution, Botanica Luxury Phuket Co., Ltd., MontAzure, Patta Development Co., Ltd., The Riviera Group, and Wallaya Villas Development. Sammakorn Plus Company Limited and Sammakorn-JV1 Company Limited secured multiple wins for their projects, along with KingBridge Tower Company Limited (Saha Pathana Inter-Holding Public Company Limited).

Thongma Vijitpongpun, vice chairman of the board of directors, Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited, was bestowed the prestigious Thailand Real Estate Personality of the Year award by the Property Report editorial team from PropertyGuru for his three-decade-long stellar leadership in the residential development sector.

Jules Kay, GM of PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards and Events, underscored the importance of the Awards in driving the robust growth of Thailand’s real estate development and design. The Annual gathering showcases the flourishing Thai real estate sector, spotlighting some of the kingdom’s most promising investment prospects, and playing a pivotal role in recognition for developers who satisfy the ever-evolving demands of real estate consumers.

An independent panel of eminent figures from the Thai real estate industry, led by Suphin Mechuchep, judge chairperson of the Awards in Thailand and CEO of Sen X Group PCL, scrutinized the nominations. Co-managing partner Paul Ashburn, assisted by Sakanphon Fueangwong, guided the adjudging process under the supervision of HLB Thailand, a member of HLB International Real Estate Group.
