Some bystanders speculated on the nationality of the family, suggesting either Indian or Sri Lankan origins. Comments ranged from criticism of the man’s aggressive outburst, to accusations that the family was purposefully trying to dodge the payment, something they purportedly had done before in another country for similar advantages.
