Kanchana, with over two decades of experience in the business, admitted, “I lost control of my emotions.” A heartfelt apology followed, flavored with remorse and a pinch of cultural misunderstanding.

In an effort to steer the narrative back on course, the company’s spokesperson, Kanit, joined the conversation. “We’ve been running for more than twenty years and not a single incident of theft on our watch,” Kanit emphasized, showcasing not just a track record but a team ready to dive into the depths for lost belongings—now, that’s customer service!
